Wow! Here's some video of an outreach to Piedmont park. We had nine young people get saved. We all got on our knees to receive Jesus, as some looked on mocking the decisions that were made.

We strongly encouraged those under conviction to make a public statement, as God takes us more seriously when we go public with our confession.

God provided some stunning words of knowledge to get their attention and a tangible presence of God brought conviction to hearts as we preached.

The place was a bit crazy with a fight breaking out, and a spirit of foolishness and mockery having dominion.

We followed up a week later and the atmosphere had totally changed. One woman remarked how peaceful the neighborhood was and we got to join with the Lord in seeing a couple of miracles.

This man had a lot of trouble hearing us as we tried to preach to him. We prayed for his hearing to be restored 100% and he testified of a significant change. Thank you Jesus.

My wife works in the home health business and has the opportunity to care for people in the last stages of life on this earth. At times she's able to deal with people about the condition of their soul, sometimes just days before they pass.

Some are quite anxious and embrace the opportunity to get things right with the Lord. Others reject the opportunity and go on to eternity without the blood of Jesus, what a fearful thought.

She recently was able to lead a woman to the Lord just days before she passed, what a joy.

A few months earlier however, she asked a woman at deaths door, if she loved Jesus, and the woman coldly responded "no!" That woman as far as we know went on to spend eternity without God.

The past three outreaches we've had, we've encountered people coming under much fearful conviction and with tears, they gave their hearts to the lord. One man called Rodney on the phone out of the blue, under much conviction, and basically said "what must I do to be saved?" This encourages me to continue to faithfully pray for souls we've ministered to even if we don't see or hear from them for some time.

I know what it's like to be in that place of warfare, where you know the Bible's true but the hook of the world is in you. That's a very fearful and uncomfortable place to be. I can remember before I got saved being in that place and thank God for people who were faithfully praying God's hand on me.

Some who have recently made decisions for God have been avoiding us as we follow up on them. You know, peeking out of the blinds when we go to their house or not answering their phone.

We don't harass them to much, but as Christians part of our job is to be the ones extending a hand to pull them out of the fire. This can be an awkward place and most Christians today avoid it like the plague.

God never violates our free will and it's ultimately up to the person to go public and accept Christ. But real love on our part is, to extend a hand, best we can, and say jump!

As Christians were the ones who are suppose to be rushing in and rescuing people from the wrath to come. If we don't, who will?

Jesus came to seek and save. The enemy has a tight grip on many that are supposed to be in God's kingdom.

How many, if we took some time, extended a hand, through the warfare, through the awkward feelings, through the conviction, would jump?

I bet more than we think!

Winston-Salem sees 13% drop in violent crime.

We've been laboring in and regularly praying for 28 different neighborhoods in Winston Salem. It's been an exciting adventure and God has done more than we could ask, think, or imagine!

Recently I came across this headline from the Winston Salem Journal concerning 2010 crime rates.

"Homicides in Winston-Salem fell 44 percent, from nine killings to five during the first six months of this year, compared with the same time last year. Vehicle thefts dropped 17 percent."

"Experts have been hard-pressed to explain the decrease in crime when a weak economy has put a continuing strain on local police budgets."

I believe this change is directly related to a handful of Christians who made a decision to be available to the will of God this past year.

We made a decision to shine our lights and invade the darkness with the power of the kingdom of Heaven and it's amazing to see the atmosphere change. Glory to God!

Five tumors destroyed

Wow! Here are some more details on Belvin, he said he actually had 5 tumors in his stomach. The doctors had given him 6 months to live, now they can't seem to find the cancer. Huh???

We cracked open a new city the past couple of weeks High Point NC. This city is ripe and the level of darkness we felt there just makes the light of the kingdom that much brighter.

On our first outreach we stopped at the local drink house, this is where on any given day 10-20 people gather to get high, drunk or just hang out with other down and outers.

We were pretty well received as we preached the gospel of the kingdom. After preaching and praying with people in the front lot, we noticed a little house in the back. There was a man in a wheelchair in sight, as the front door was open.

As we walked back to the house we greeted him and told him the "kingdom of heaven was at hand". We asked him if he needed prayer and he said "oh yes" and proceeded to show us his foot which was very deformed looking and actually was basically dangling from his leg.

He had broken it or dislocated it a few years ago and it had never healed correctly. He said the pain level was a ten and after prayer he told us the pain level was zero. Wow! Thank you Jesus!

It was still deformed looking when we left, but we'll be going back to contend for 100% healing.

We ended the outreach with one of our favorite things to do, we dropped a 20 Piece chicken bomb from Bojangles on them with all the fixins. We claimed this place for the kingdom and told Bill (the guy that got healed) we need to start a house church there, he seemed to light up as we talked about kicking out the darkness that temporarily has dominion there

Many times we've ministered to people and then we run into them on the other side of town or in a different neighborhood. It's awesome to hear what's been going on in their lives after we've released the kingdom on them.

Sometimes they are still running from God and it kind of freaks them out that we bump into them again. Other times we see what God has been doing since we saw them last.

We met Varia on a mall outreach months ago and what a joy to hear him get blessed. When you come in contact with a good God, good things happen!Thank you Jesus

We had a blast on outreach the other day. Although our team was small in the natural in the spirit we had all kinds of help.

We did some good old fashioned door to door and after no answer at the first four doors, we had five powerful encounters right in a row.

People were wide open as God gave us favor. One woman with an inner ear problem got healed and we had many prophetic words and words of knowledge for people.

At one home, a women got born again, her boyfriend had recently gotten back to the Lord and was frustrated that she wasn't "getting it". After ministering to her for a while she confessed that although she went to church, she had never gotten born again. What a privilege to lead her to the Lord and see them both light up with hope and faith.

After outreach we followed up with a friend of ours named Pam.

Pam has had MS for a few years and has been in a rehab for a few months, her muscles were getting weaker and weaker, she couldn't stand or walk by herself and her neck muscles were so weak she was having trouble even holding her head up.

The doctors had given her a very bad report saying she needed 24 hr care and that it wasn't likely she'd be getting out of the rehab.

Well a few days after we prayed she walked out of that place using a walker and now she's in her own home again, and taking care of herself just fine.

What a joy to see her come to the door to let us in to pray and visit with her

A very present help in time of trouble

The other night we cracked open a new neighborhood called Twin City. This place is ripe and you could feel faith rise in our team as we began to see the neighborhood was even bigger than we expected.

First off we got to preach to a group of young people hanging out around a pick up truck. Some were backsliders and others had tasted dead religion growing up so it was a joy to give them the truth. The atmosphere began to change as we shared Jesus and the reality of His present kingdom. It was definitely a divine appointment as we felt the presence of the Lord dealing with their hearts.

We knocked on a few doors with no answer and then found some more people out in the parking lot. They weren't very open and it started to feel a little discouraging but then we came across another group getting ready to get in their car.

As Renee and Rodney asked if anyone needed prayer one girl quickly responded "yes I do" and climbed back out of the car. After they ministered to her for a while she gave her heart to God. Awesome!

As this was going on a young man named Antwan came outside. We told him The kingdom of heaven was at hand and he began to just pour out his heart.

Here's the deal, his apt. had been broken into a year and a half ago. and he had decided to get revenge by hitting the thief with his car. He was up on a felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon and was looking at definite prison time. Their were at least six witnesses scheduled to testify against him and since he had already confess to the crime he had been preparing himself mentally to go to prison.

He rededicated his life to the Lord and we asked God to have mercy on him. We went back Saturday to follow up with him. Here's what happened all the witnesses got thrown out and the verdict was NOT GUILTY. Thank you Jesus!

He was still in shock days later as the goodness of the Lord was messing him up. We were able to minister and help him through some pretty hard issues of the heart and you could feel God's love all over him. Thank you Lord!

Yesterday we went back to Cedar Woods, a neighborhood we hadn't been to in a little while. The last time we were there a woman we had been praying for wasn't doing to well, in fact she had gone from being in a wheelchair to basically bedridden.

Her 10 yr old grandson opened the door for us and honestly the smell coming from the apartment was so bad Rodney and I couldn't even face the door and we were 10 feet away.

She has no home care and no one to help her, it literally smelled like death in there. My wife didn't hesitate and boldly went right in to minister to her, kicking out the spirit of death and releasing the Kingdom of Love.

Yesterday the woman was outside her apartment in her wheel chair and excitedly said to my wife, "hey I need to show you something" and with a big smile on her face took about 10 strong steps out of her wheel chair.

She had such joy on her face as she testified of God healing her and her obvious deliverance, this is a totally different woman. Thank you Jesus! She even took a few steps for me to put on this video.

Without the boldness of the love of God we will never rescue people in real bondage. That's our mandate and we can never forget that. Religion is to sophisticated to get it's hands dirty, but that's where the real treasure is.

Rodney Curtis and Mary Anne came back rejoicing also. They grew out two legs and had a woman with cataracts get healed. Mary Anne led someone to the Lord and they followed up on a woman named Bonnie who had gotten saved on a previous outreach.

She testified of God helping her and she knew God had sent us to her. What a privileged!

Swelling and pain gone instantly

We had two women get healed from pain and swelling in their legs. This is Miss Liddy testifying of her leg getting healed and also feeling something change behind her glass eye. Can't wait to go back and see the progress with her eye.

Also this guy at the bus station got healed, he had a very severe limp with much pain. He said he was only able to lift 5 lbs. prior to prayer. His wife is holding his cane and seeing him get healed brought tears to her eyes.

The Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs.

We've done a number of outreaches this week and each one was very fruitful, we had at least five people make decisions for the Lord and many more shaken up with a touch from God.

We had a team of eight go on outreach yesterday, and it still amazes me how the kingdom of heaven shows up when were faithful to release it.

We split up into three teams and did some good old fashioned door to door ministry. It's stunning how one minute your walking by a complete strangers home and the next minute your in their living room bringing them to tears with a demonstration of the kingdom.

We got a word of knowledge about this young mans ankle and after praying twice the pain was completely gone.

His mother also received some words of knowledge and prophetic encouragement that set her free and visibly shook her to tears. God's love is soooo powerful what a privileged to be His hands and feet.

We ended the outreach with a house church meeting at Ms. Jackie's house, a woman we had met a few weeks ago. We all got refreshed and encouraged as we shared testimonies and revelation provoking one another unto love and good works.
Thank you Jesus!

Dancing on the devil (leg healed)

We had a fun outreach yesterday. We hit a small apartment complex on Thurmond street, we hadn't been there in a while and it felt good to be back. People were open to the gospel and one man 41 yrs old gave his heart to the Lord.

His mom was there as Curtis, Rodney and Mary anne were dealing with him about salvation. His mom was obviously saved as you could feel the anointing on her.

The presence of the Lord powerfully touched him, his mother in tears and joy everywhere as the enemy lost another one to the King. Thank you Jesus!

We ended the day with our second house church meeting in Colony Place. Gods given us much favor in this neighborhood. Our new meeting is at the property managers apartment. This is her in the video dancing on the devil after getting healed (I bet he hates that).

A woman named Cheryl also got healed and powerfully touched by the lord. We're excited about what Gods doing in this neighborhood. Looking forward to much more!

Even the demons are subject to us in your name

We had an awesome Tuesday night outreach at the bus station. Six people made decisions to follow the Lord and He was definitely working with us as we gave words of knowledge that got people's attention like nothing else can.

We ended the night in the middle of the station rejoicing over the nights spoils. As we were encouraging each other and recounting the night, a man approached us, threw his wallet on the floor in the middle of us (strange) and began to say "I don't appreciate how your treating me, you need to leave." He then let loose a string of profanity and vile nonsense.

It was obviously a homosexual demon speaking through him and although we hadn't even ministered to him that night the presence of the Lord was making him very uncomfortable.
I assured him he's the one that needed to leave and he began to get even more vile with us.

He was a very tall man dressed in a bright yellow suit and started pulling his pants down. I told him we own this place and commanded it to go in Jesus name.

Just then over the loudspeaker a security guard said "do you want to go to jail tonight" and proceeded to kick him out.

It's amazing the favor and dominion we have there. We tend to be very free and at times our joyful encounters get pretty loud. Security lets us basically do anything we want there and this confrontation took place right in the middle of the station.

Thank you Jesus yours is the Kingdom the power and the glory forever amen!

Heal the sick- raise the dead

We cracked open a new neighborhood last night Salem Crest. After knocking on a few doors one finally opened up to us. We told them "the kingdom of Heaven's at hand" and they responded "it's already here" and invited us right in. They were Christians and we instantly began to stir each other up with the things of God.

It was definitely a divine connection. This woman named Jackie, had been praying for this neighborhood for years. God had even woke her up at 2:00 one morning to lay hands on all the doors in the apt complex.

She began to share with us an account of a little girl she had brought back to life after being hit by a car right outside her apartment. Awesome!

She had many testimonies of the miraculous and much wisdom as she shared all she's been through in her life.

She was born with C P and was not expected to live past 20. She's in her 50's now with three grown children. That's another miracle, as she said she was born without a womb.

She had much pain in her legs and as we all prayed I felt a tangible heat go into her spine as my hand was on her back. She felt the heat as well and then testified of no pain. Thank you Jesus!

We're having more and more divine connections happen in these neighborhoods. keep it coming Lord!

Pain free

I was a little late for outreach Tuesday night but when I arrived things were already popping pretty good. Rodney and Curtis filled me in on what was going on, a few people had gotten saved and this woman in the video, had just gotten set free from much pain in her knees from arthritis and a gout condition.

When they pointed her out to me she was actually running towards us and hopped up on the curb, obviously feeling pretty good. Her friend she had with her also got healed from a migraine headache. Thank you Jesus!

God's tangible presence was there again as we ministered to people. The past few weeks even the sinners have been feeling His presence. Now that's fun!

Words of knowledge and encouragement have been shaking people up as we witness the King of the universe peeling back the veil and speaking powerful words of love that stop people in their tracks.

God is good!

The battle for souls

On a recent outreach to Stonehenge apartments we experienced a very sobering reality. One of the first people we talked to told us a neighbor in his early twenties had committed suicide the night before. We were to late, I know we would have probably knocked on his door, and if we had, I know God would have set him free.

We've seen a number of people set free from depression and the spirit of suicide. It just goes to show you our decisions are not insignificant. God is concerned about people, our decision to participate in the harvest is life and death and yes, peoples eternal destination can be turned by a simple decision to go on an insignificant outreach.

We went on to have an awesome outreach that day, five people made decisions to follow the Lord and we followed up with one family with a powerful housechurch meeting on Sunday morning. take that devil!

The enemy may have taken one but he will have to pay a dear price, this neighborhood is now one of our favorites and we will hit it even harder than ever with the preaching and pressing in of the Gospel!

Joy filled street meeting (Balled hand opens)

Awesome outreach Tuesday night two people made decisions to follow the Lord and many got stirred up for the kingdom. We ended the night with another joy filled street meeting.

A guy named snake had a stroke seven years ago, left side of his body still having some problems. His hand was balled up and not much strength in it. As we were praying there wasn't much change and then suddenly it opened right up fingers out straight. Thank you Jesus, we're believing for 100%, sorry the video is so dark but much joy released with that miracle. Jesus is King!!!

The other day my wife and I decided to follow up on Ms. lucy. She's a woman our team met a few weeks ago who God powerfully touched. The plan was to bring her some flowers on a rainy weekday and just encourage her. Well, guess what, God always wants to do much more than we plan on.

We knocked on her door and her son invited us right in. She was in the living room and we introduced ourselves to her son and nephew both probably in their late forties. She remembered us and was thrilled we came by to visit.

As we visited with the three of them we began to share about the kingdom of heaven, we had much favor as we shared. After about thirty minutes her son began to weep and say "God meant for you guys to come here today". We continued to share God's love and really, a tangible presence of the lord came into the room. The son was weeping, the nephew was tearing up, and all we could say was "wow God is so good".

After a while we asked if anyone wanted to get things right with the Lord. They responded saying "we just did". Victor, Ms Lucy's son said "I got more out of what you guys just said then I ever did at church".

All we really told him was about the reality of the King and His Kingdom being right here. Makes you wonder what they were telling him all those years. We had them lay hands on Ms Lucy and prayed God would touch her in a powerful way, encouraging them to step out and release the kingdom.

On our way home we were so blown away by His goodness and mercy to just show up and touch people. Thank you Jesus!

Dominion at the bus station

Our weekly outreach to the bus station is still bearing much fruit. This week we had multiple healings, a knot in a guys shoulder disappeared, a man with much pain in back and hip healed and a man testifying of a scalp condition totally cleared up after prayer he received two weeks ago (sorry no video, would have been a good one).

These are some new believers doing the stuff. This spot is a hotspot. People would walk by and get in the circle and get a dose of the Holy Ghost. We sing loud, pray, get people filled with the Holy Ghost and security doesn't even try to kick us out, now that's dominion.

It's awesome to see new believers give very accurate words of knowledge and perform miracles. Jesus said "despise not these little ones their angels always behold the face of my Father in heaven".

Recently we had a house church meeting and a slightly intoxicated homeless man delivered a powerful anointed word of revelation that left us stunned and amazed at just who God will use. Keep it coming Lord!

Fire at the bus station

On Tuesday nights we've been hitting the bus station pretty hard. There is a ministry that feeds the homeless every Tuesday and they do a great job. I'd say between 60-80 people come every week for a free meal.

We had a team of nine out doing the stuff and it feels like a fresh fire is burning. Two people rededicated their lives to the Lord and a young man named Jose's back got healed. One of our new believers named Darnell was in on the back miracle. Seeing the kingdom released through his hands was awesome and just think he didn't even go to bible school. Come on Jesus!

Surprise attack--uh oh the Kingdoms turned loose again

We decided to surprise the enemy and do a last minute outreach on a Monday night. Not our regular outreach night but God showed up in a powerful way. We had a guy get saved, a religious devil manifest,(with a masters in divinity) at least four people healed and many others were stirred by the kingdom of Heaven. It's hard to keep up with all God's doing, but were seeing an increase in dominion in our city and it feels so good, glory to God!

Wow!

What a powerful outreach. Six of us went down to some apartments on Thurmon street Saturday and what a time we had. We've been there a few times but haven't been there in a few months.

At the end of the outreach someone made the comment "we hit the mother load". I'll have to agree on that one. First off the 2nd man we spoke to was a local pastor and he basically has the keys to the city. He said he has favor with the city and he can get us into any community center in the city, many of the neighborhoods we're in have these right in the middle and he wants to help us any way he can.

There was probably ten people outside in front of different apts. Terry Rodney and Curtis were praying for a guy who got a touch from the Holy Ghost, he actually jumped back as God touched him. He was a friend of an 83 yr old man who had gotten saved a few months ago, he was glad to see us. They also hit him with some words of knowledge that blew his mind.

As we were praying and ministering to people a number of people came out of their homes one woman named Gale gave her heart to the Lord with tears in her eyes.

It seemed like God literally showed up, one guy named Dale when asked if he was a Christian said no I'm a Baptist. A word of knowledge about him being 48 yrs old and that he's been thinking of starting a landscaping business really messed him up. He came under such conviction. At first he said "that's good, are you guys psychic or something." When we began to press in a little and encourage him that God has his number and He loves him so much, he almost couldn't handle it. He kept saying "this is really messing me up". I felt bad for him because I know what that conviction feels like and what it feels like to have God step into your day. It feels good and scary at the same time.

There was so much going on I really lost tract of all God did through his saints. I got a video testimony of Miss Lucy, she was an eighty yr old woman who needed prayer. Rodney and Renee went in and prayed and while they were praying she started shaking all over. God totally touched her with healing and love and she wants us to come back soon.

After things settled down a little bit we went up the street to a house we had been to before. There was a girl there named Jasmine who Renee had prayed for months ago, she had suffered from asthma and now testified of it being gone. Awesome Jesus!

Holy Ghost street meeting

It never fails when the Kingdom shows up somethings gonna happen. lately that seems to be our motto. Tuesday night we had a blast just out releasing the kingdom, as we were preaching to some guys on the street the Holy Ghost showed up. We had a good old fashioned Holy Ghost street meeting. Music, preaching and the fire of God. During the night we had two guys give their hearts back to God.

We've been praying for one of them for a few months and at the end of one song he came up and gave his heart to the Lord . Thank you Jesus!

When the kingdom shows up--something happens

Six of us went out the other night to preach the gospel of the kingdom. What a joy to bring the light of the gospel.

The first group of people we dealt with were pretty open. One man who seemed to be a believer began to ask us questions as we shared the kingdom he began to get stirred up and challenged to get out and preach.

Anyway the next home a man and women were hanging out on their porch. The woman had carpel tunnel syndrome with much pain in her hand. She had also burned her wrist earlier in the day.

We told her God does miracles and she let us pray for her. After we prayed she just looked at us as we asked her where the pain was, she said the stinging is gone. She looked at the man next to her and said "no, I'm serious it's gone!"
We continued to encourage them and they were so glad we stopped by.

We caught up with the rest of our team and decided to go across the street to Sunrise towers.

There was I'd say 8-10 people hanging out near a bench. As we walked up, we told them "the kingdom of heaven is at hand!" We explained what that meant and asked if anyone needed prayer. Right away one man jumped up and said "let's pray" it was awesome we all joined hands and just began to release heaven. The atmosphere got pretty charged as things started to manifest. One man lit up a cigarette and then declared "why do I feel bad for smoking. I've never felt bad for that." We just told him it was because God just showed up.

An older woman named Frieda had a fractured knee she couldn't bend her leg and was walking with a walker. After we prayed she said she was feeling a tingling in her knee. I reached down and felt her knee and I could feel something vibrating in her knee cap she said somethings happening, I'm not lieing. We had her test it and she began to bend her knee, she couldn't do that before. Thank you Lord!

Terry got to pray with a guy for salvation and many others were shaken up pretty good, one young women Renee was dealing with, began to manifest because Renee wouldn't submit to her demands for prayer. She went ballistic declaring "this has never happened to me." It was totally God as she was very offended obviously always getting her way. Well God wanted His way tonight.

It was funny because she couldn't seem to leave. We would say "if your not interested why are you still here" She couldn't leave because God was getting a hold of her. Afterward she did yell "goodbye I love you guys" to us as we were leaving and I know we'll be back to see her. What a powerful night!! Praise God!

Rolling Hills

We zoomed into Rolling Hills apartments Saturday and it looked like something right out of a cops episode.

As we pulled up we seemed to have interrupted a deal going on. A few cars sped away and a few guys ran back to a corner breezeway. You should have seen their faces as they realized we were headed straight for them.

Armed with the love of God and the gospel of the kingdom, we began to share our message to five or six young men obviously up to no good. It was crazy, one young man began weeping as Curtis began to deal with him. We got prophetic words and encouraged them to live for God.

We eventually joined hands in a circle as we led them in a sinners prayer. It was a very powerful encounter as you could tangibly feel both the love and conviction of God.

The next day a few of us came back with a bible for a guy named Jamal. They get a lot of drug traffic so again as we pulled up everyone got nervous and ran. As I approached them one guy was very nervous saying, "what do you want?" "what do you want?"

As I pulled out a bible you would have thought I pulled out a knife, he kind of jumped back as he realized what I had.(now that's fun)

This was our fourth time in this neighborhood and each time some amazing things have happened. Many have given up on this neighborhood but we believe God has great plans. Pray the Lord of the harvest would send forth laborers as this fruit is falling of the vine.

Muslim gets born again

This week we did a surprise outreach on a rainy Tuesday night. We ventured down to the bus station, on Tuesday nights a local ministry gives out free barbecue so there is usually about a hundred people that show up.

We preached and ministered to a number of people challenging some backsliders to return to the Lord. After the food was gone most people were on their way, so we went inside to preach to those waiting for their bus.

We met a man named Carlos simms, he said he was a Muslim and I guess he thought that would keep us from sharing the gospel with him. But that only encouraged us to preach.

We began to get to know him a little and he said he's been a Muslim for seven years. After a little pressing in, he seemed to be wide open to the message of Jesus and His Kingdom. It turns out his mom is born again and also his wife. The more pressing in we did it seemed like he was coming under more and more conviction, it sounded like his wife and mother were both spirit filled and faithfully praying for him.

I told him that Jesus said "today is the day of salvation" and as I shared tomorrow is promised to nobody, he began to say that's what his wife had said before he left.
I warned him of waiting as tomorrow really is promised to none of us.

After a few minutes he said I think I'm ready tonight. We led him in a sinners prayer renouncing Islam and dedicating his life to the Lord. Awesome Jesus! He'd been under so much conviction from all the prayer that's gone up for him he knew this was a divine appointment. Terry asked him if he felt a change and he said he felt such a relief.

He than explained his story of getting on the wrong bus to go see his mother and had spent the whole day going the wrong direction. He really believed God had orchestrated this whole thing so he could get born again. He pointed out others in the station that had missed their buses as well so we preached to them believing God set this whole thing up. Praise God!

Were going to meet up with him this weekend to continue to encourage him and get him a bible, what a powerful night.

Most Muslims we preach to aren't quite that ready to turn to KING JESUS but because of others labors, and a little nudge, this fruit just dropped of the vine.

All because my wife had a thought "lets go down to the bus station tonight"

Just think that still small voice we hear has the power to change someones life forever!

Where's the pain?

Saturdays outreach was a lot of fun we went back to Piedmont Park to follow up on a few people. Nobody was home so we went next door to talk to a few people hanging out on their porch. After sharing about the kingdom for a while a woman came out and joined our conversation. We were sharing some testimonies of the miracles that we've seen and she began to share some physical problems she's had with her knees and feet. We told her there's no pain in heaven and Jesus told us to pray His will would be done on earth as it is in heaven.

She had much pain in her knees so she let us pray. When we finished we encouraged her to look for the pain, guess what she couldn't find any. Awesome Jesus! She kept saying I feel different something really happened. We encouraged her and her boyfriend with prophetic words and it was awesome, they said that morning they had been talking about God and asking for some things. They knew this was a divine appointment and we were able to give them some much needed revelation about the kingdom of God.

They invited us in and gave us a drink we had a blast sharing more of the things of God with them. We asked her how her legs were feeling and there was still no pain.

It's so amazing most times before we go out the last thing our flesh wants to do is go. When we obey God over our flesh it's powerful what happens.Thank you Jesus!

God's word doesn't return void

A couple days after our last outreach we decided to follow up on Charma, she had recently re dedicated her life to the Lord. As we knocked on her door she was in the middle of doing some hair cuts so she couldn't really talk. We decided to go down the street and talk to some others. As we went a young man started waving to us, it was a guy named Earl. We pray for him often and hadn't seen him for a while.

He was so excited to see us, he had gotten saved last year and we've had the privilege of encouraging him when we do see him. He's doing awesome! He's been plugged into a church and actually has been bringing some of the guys he used to run with out to church.

He began to share how God recently got him a job, and how he is so blown away about having a legitimate Job. He used to deal drugs for income and he said "nobody just gets a job down here". It was a miracle we bumped into him because he actually lives on the other side of town now.

God's word we sow into peoples lives doesn't return void it's powerful, our job is to sow seed and God will bring the increase.

We prayed for him and exhorted him to preach the Kingdom, heal the sick and cast out devils. He's got a powerful call on his life and were so thankful for the privilege of seeing the life of God in him. Praise God!

Deliverance

On a recent outreach we invaded Piedmont Park one of our favorite places to minister. My wife had felt like someone was going to get born again and we were looking forward to what God was gonna do. People were everywhere, as it was beautiful weather, a great night for an outreach.

The first few people we preached to were very apathetic and pretty cold toward us and our message. Good thing we walk by faith and not by sight as our message is anything but cold.

At the next home a woman came to the door named Charma, we began to tell her about Jesus and His kingdom, she was wide open mainly because she said she was just sitting on the couch saying to herself "I really need to find a church". She knew this was a divine appointment.

She was backslidden and under conviction and we encouraged her to repent sharing our own testimonies of deliverance in our lives. We were able to lead her in a prayer of re dedication and deliverance and encouraged her with a plan to flush her drugs and slam the door on the devil. We hung out for a while stirring her up and sharing the love of God. Thank you Jesus!

No more wheelchair

We've been having some pretty powerful house church meetings lately, people have been bringing their neighbors out one woman name Gwen was in a wheelchair with problems with her legs. After we prayed she began to kick her legs out and in circles she said she felt like she got lubricated. We got her up out of her wheelchair and she took about ten steps. Praise God! She also had been suicidal and battling heavy depression there was a tangible change as we all prayed.

A week later we stopped by her house to follow up and she didn't have the wheelchair anymore she 's off her oxygen and she looked brand new. She said since we prayed the depression is gone.

She came out this past week to the house meeting brand new she looks like a new person full of joy and testifying everywhere of what God did for her. She brought her daughter with her and God totally ministered to her as well. Awesome Jesus!

We had an interesting time at our house church meeting Sunday in Rolling Hills. In the middle of our meeting two Muslims from the Nation of Islam came up and were handing out their newspapers. We stirred it up with them asking if their god does miracles. They went into a prepared rant saying "what is a miracle, blah blah blah".

As things got a little heated I was so proud of the ladies in our meeting they basically put the smacked down on them defending us being there, as the neighborhood is predominately black. The guy kept spewing his racial hatred on us and these ladies kept firing right back with the truth. He kept talking about "my people" and "our community" and we assured him these were our people as God loves all people.

As he got increasingly angry defending his god, our God put some words in his mouth. What he meant to say was "my god is a supreme being" what actually came out was "my god is a supreme WEENIE" You should have seen his face. Now that's hilarious, God your so awesome!

Two new neighborhoods much favor

This week we ventured into two new neighborhoods Rolling Hills and Creek view. One of the things we've been praying is that God would direct us to key homes and key people to take these neighborhoods.I'm happy to say that's just what's been happening.

At Creek view the first woman we ministered to Vicki, began to take us to neighbors houses knocking on doors and asking them if they needed ministry. We got to minister to eight people, each one was like a divine appointment it felt like we'd known them for years.

One young man named Stan a football player had a wrist injury, we prayed a number of times and he kept saying "it does feel better" I'm not sure what percent of the pain left but I'll take "better" over "worse" any day.

A similar thing happened at Rolling Hills Saturday. As we began to get out of our vehicles a woman yelled "hey they'll give you a ticket if you park there!" After finding a better parking spot we thanked the woman and began to ask if she knew of anybody in wheelchairs or who needed a miracle. She thought for a minute and then told us of a woman named Betty. Betty lives a few buildings away and as we got to her apt. we were let right in. We told them we brought the Kingdom with us and ask if they needed prayer. Betty had many health issues and as we ministered to her, people were constantly coming in and out of the apt.

Betty is a believer and had many questions about hearing from God. We were able to do a mini prophetic training session with her and she lit up as we showed her how simple it was to hear God's voice and how she's been hearing it all these years, but not recognizing it.
She exclaimed "After 63 yrs someones finally explained this to me!" She was so excited. We ministered to another woman there Latish, and she was visibly shaken as we released the kingdom on her she was crying and said "you have no idea how I've needed this".

Three young men came walking out of a back room and Terry and I preached to two of them for about 15 minutes, just when we thought we weren't really getting anywhere we challenged them to have some courage and that they needed to stand up and go public serving the Lord. We asked if they were ready and they both responded "yes". As we led them in a prayer to give their hearts to God the other man on the couch jumped up and began to get his heart right as well, praise God!

Were going back tomorrow morning to have a house church meeting. Betty said "I'll have even more people here for you to minister to tomorrow". This is obviously one of the key homes we've been asking for.

Revival at Parkway Plaza!

On our way to outreach we were talking about bringing the kingdom. My wife was saying how the kingdom isn't dependent upon circumstances, people, places or things. As we go the kingdom goes with us. The kingdoms within us so when we show up things happen.
That's good preaching!!

We walked around for a while talking to a few people. Parkway plaza is an interesting shopping center we've seen many things happen over the years. One minute no ones there and then you turn around and people seem to be everywhere.

After we got a little mild rejection, Terry started preaching to a young man on break from Big lots. After a while we walked over and the guy is very convicted, we jumped in and started preaching as well. The truth is so awesome because next to the reality of the times were living in people are starting to realize there is no escape from the truth.

He ended up giving his heart to the Lord and wants us to follow up with him this week. Come on Jesus!!

Salvation healing

Saturday we had a team of five go out to bring the good news of the kingdom. We hit a neighborhood off Cleveland ave. As we were knocking on a few doors we spotted a wheel chair parked outside a home. On our way there we stopped to talk to a small group of men on a porch. As we preached to them they explained they were in an apt house for recovering addicts. Well, we began to give them the good news that Jesus gives a new identity.

Sometimes that whole recovery mentality is really a distraction to keep someone walking in something with no power. A guy named Don Don was very open and ended up getting born again. We followed up on him Monday and he's still hungry and reading his bible. Thank you Jesus!

We eventually got to the home with the wheelchair and a woman named Brenda told us to come in. She had many health problems and seemed to be pretty medicated but I believe God touched her as we prayed.

The next home people were hanging out enjoying the day . As we told them God's kingdom was at hand a woman named Ally asked for prayer she had much pain in her legs from arthritus. After prayer we got her up to test it and she kept saying "they really do feel better"! Thank you Jesus!

After that Kathy said to the woman sitting next to her " I feel like you have a teaching spirit". Ally said "how did you know that" the woman is a school teacher(now thats fun!!!)We hung out with them and stirred them up praying for another guy who had had 5 heart attacks and 3 strokes.

After that we decided to hit one more neighborhood. We had passed a group of young bad boys hanging out and looking tough. Well they turned out to not be so tough as we all preached to them. Some scattered and some stayed and looked a bit shocked as we preached Jesus to them. Actually a couple of them started coming under a lot of conviction as we were encouraging them to get saved.

It sad how some of theses guys have never actually heard the gospel even being around all these churches in this city.

Born again

Tuesday nights outreach to Stonehenge was awesome. But then again every outreach is awesome, what a privilege to bring the good news of the kingdom.

For some reason midweek outreaches always seem to be a bit more challenging, mostly for our flesh. As we entered the neighborhood we heard those familiar thoughts that say are you sure you want to do this? Oh yes were sure!

After a little bit of polite rejection at a few homes one woman invited us in. Her name is Esther we prayed for her 5 year old adopted son he has behavior problems. He seemed to respond right away and calm down. Esther's a believer and as we encouraged her she shared about her husband being very sick he wasn't at home so we just prayed for him. She began to respond as God began to touch her, she thanked us for stopping in.

Next there was a guy named Chris sitting on his porch we approached him, shared the gospel with him and had a few prophetic words. He responded by saying "I really need a new direction". For the next twenty minutes we continued to preach, it was definitely a divine appointment. He began to really respond and started to come under a lot of conviction. We had the privilege of leading him to the Lord, after he prayed he was like "wow" and you could feel the Spirit all over us.

He was on his way inside to call his aunt who had been praying for him. We had really stressed the importance of going public, confessing with our mouths. This is when God really takes us seriously, hopefully we'll be following up and try to baptize him in water soon.

We ended the night preaching to a group of about 15 teenagers most of them were drinking so things got a little bit crazy but we were able to get a hold of a few of them. Also stopped in to visit Quin a key guy we've been praying for.

Taking ground in Piedmont Park

Piedmont Park is always an interesting outreach. We had two teams armed with the message that the kingdom of Heaven's at hand.
We started talking to this one group of people and the guys seemed very apathetic, even had a bit of a mocking spirit. The women had remembered us from a previous outreach and were more open.

After not feeling like we were getting any where with them we moved on. Well, about twenty minutes later our other team were walking by and the girls stopped them and asked if they would pray with them, they wanted to get born again. How cool is that, we sometimes don't know what people are thinking or how the Spirit's affecting them.

Later we met up with the other team they were ministering to Earl and his girlfriend. Earl is a guy we've been praying for, we haven't seen him in months, but God's been getting a hold of him. He's been under a lot more conviction than the last time we dealt with him. We had a word for his girlfriend about her sister, she began to tear up as evidently the word was a direct hit.

Earl has quite a testimony of God sparing his life, he's been shot and stabbed numerous times. We believe he's a key guy for this neighborhood.

Before leaving we stopped by James' house for a house church meeting. He's been doing great, God gave him custody of his seven year old daughter and were believing for a better job with a better schedule. He's also joined a little church right across the street.

It feels like were slowly but surely getting dominion in this neighborhood thank you Lord your word doesn't return void!

A fire starting to burn at Colonial villiage

Just an update post on colonial village. We've been having weekly house church meetings at Donny and Tameka's house. Donny's still in his wheelchair but after prayer at the first meeting, the following day he reported his bowels moving on their own for the first time in a year. Praise God!! Were seeing some progress and are believing for 100%. The meetings have been very intense as everyone is very hungry for the kingdom.

Afterward we went down the street to encourage a new believer named Allie. She was glad to see us and brought her grandson to the door for us to preach to. He ended up praying to receive the Lord as well.

On our way out a young man hanging out caught our eye and as we went to preach to him one of us got his age and that he had trouble with his knee. This really got his attention, he let us pray for him and testified of God healing his knee. He confessed he'd been doing some "backsliding" and we strongly encouraged him it's time to do some "front sliding". We've been running into many backsliders lately and it feels like there's gonna be a great harvest soon. Pour it out Lord!!

Can you say "instant housechurch meeting"

As we continue on in Colonial village it's amazing what God's doing. Saturday after a little rejection and one woman angrily declaring "I already know the Lord", and shutting her door on us. A woman directed us to knock on the last door on the left.

A young man answered and came outside, he had recently been baptized and we encouraged him to take over his neighborhood. A couple of guys we had preached to the week before lived right upstairs, he said he's been inviting them out to church.

The Father came outside and after telling him what we were about he invited us in. For about the next 30 minutes he poured out his heart to us and we got to encourage him about the kingdom.

His wife came home a few minutes later and pretty soon we were all sharing about the things of God. We had some words for her and prayed for her healing, she had real bad congestion in her chest. After prayer she tested it and said the rattling in her lungs wasn't there anymore, Thank you Jesus! At one point the Father said " I really like you guys".

Next thing you know we were all in a circle holding hands and worshiping the Lord, it was like a family of complete strangers getting a fresh dose of the joy of the Lord together, pretty cool.

We tried to leave but everyone kept getting stirred up with more revelation about the things of God and we all ended up sitting back down on the couch. Eventually we did leave after exchanging numbers and promising to return for another meeting.

On our way to the car we noticed a man in a wheelchair in the parking lot. As we approached him we asked if he needed prayer. He didn't hesitate and said "yes pray for me". He went on to explain in 07 an aorta burst in his heart and with some other complications it left him paralysed from the chest down.

We explained that it was God's will to heal him and he readily agreed, We prayed four or five times and had him test it each time. First he said the nausea he was experiencing was totally gone and then he began to say he felt a tingling in his spine all the way down to his tailbone. He was also able to twist his lower back some. Awesome Jesus!

Were going back today to have a house church meeting and see more of his healing come. He was very excited about us coming, he hasn't been able to get out to church anywhere. He told us tomorrow he's gonna walk to the door to let us in, he is full of faith and said he was going in to testify to his daughter about what's happening. Come on Jesus!

The pressing in of the gospel

For the past few outreaches we've been in a new neighborhood called Colonial Village, we have much favor there right now so we've been hitting it pretty hard. Our midweek outreaches have been met with much warfare, just trying to get there has been a real challenge. I think I know why, God's been showing up in a powerful way.

Tuesday we followed up on Tammy, she can still hear out of the ear God opened praise God! At one of our next stops a little boy answered the door we asked to speak to his parents and after waiting for about five minutes the mother said "come in".

The first word we got was that somebody was having trouble with their foot. This got her attention and she let us pray for her. As we were praying the husband came in. We introduced ourselves and they warmly received us. They were believers and had heavy accents I believe they were from Africa Ekong and Latasha are their names.

As we encouraged them with prophetic words and the gospel the husband kept thanking us for stopping by. One of us got the number 33, I thought it might be his age but he was 38. No one had the interpretation for the number until Ekong spoke up and said "oh I know what it means, 33 is my favorite number I use it for everything". Wow pretty good word "God's got your number" this really encouraged them, after some more prophetic words and encouragement we exchanged numbers, They want us to come back sometime soon.

After preaching to some more of their neighbors we went to a different Apt. complex a few buildings down, as we were knocking on a door it opened to reveal our other team Terry and Renee leading a woman to the lord, she also had pain in her hip, when they finished praying the pain was gone. Thank you Lord!

We spent the next 30 minutes preaching to a neighbor named Desi he was wide open and didn't want us to leave, eventually he had his whole family hanging out with us as we preached about the kingdom.

Mike and and Seth were around back preaching and praying with some young men who were also wide open.

I believe we need to take advantage of the favor and openness, who knows how long it will last.

"Oh my God, I can hear" Deaf ear opened after 39 yrs

We invaded a new neighborhood Sat. with the gospel of the kingdom. Judging from the amount of watchtower tracts we found on doorsteps the enemies been quite busy there.

I have to admit, finding these new neighborhoods is quite addicting, we never know what's gonna happen.

We got totally rejected at our first stop, but at the next home we got to minister to a women who warmly received us. We encouraged her and prayed for some family members pressing needs. She invited us to come back soon.

Our next stop was a man sitting out on his porch smoking a cigarette. As we shared about the kingdom of God he was obviously not very interested, he said he used to have faith but God didn't come through for him.

He became increasingly agitated and began to manifest as we tried to help him in his self-pity and bitterness. He began to say "I've had about enough of this, get out of here". My wife said something like "hey we didn't just come here we were sent here by God. I thought that was pretty good but I guess he didn't appreciate it to much. Well, we moved on to another building to not cast our pearls before swine.

At the next home a women answered the door, As we shared with her she began to tell us of some of her health problems. Panic attacks, chronic back pain, and an addiction to pain killers.

As we shared about some of the miracles we had seen she said "I'm also completely deaf in my left ear".

We shared how it was God's will to heal her because there's no pain in heaven. The first time we prayed nothing happened, we asked to pray again and as she was testing it she said "oh my God I can hear". We continued to pray and test it, she'd been deaf in that ear for 39 Yrs. Wow!

We were all amazed at what had just happened. We then pray for her back and rebuked fear and panic attacks. We asked her to do something she couldn't do before. She bent over and touched her toes and said all the pain was gone.

With tears in her eyes she thanked us for coming by and we all thanked Jesus for what he was doing. You could feel a fresh tangible joy all over us. She wants us to come back and have a house church meeting she's a christian and has been faithfully witnessing to her family.

Our next stop we came across a couple of young guys in their twenties. We preached to them for about twenty minutes it was definatley a divine appointment as we planted some seed from heaven. We left excited and thankful for what God had done and can't wait to go back again.

ARE WE A THREAT TO THE SYSTEM?

We recently cracked open two new neighborhoods literally right in our own backyard. One of them "Stonehenge" feels like it's going to crack wide open. There was a good mix of responses ranging from being warmly received to one woman declaring, "I'm wicken"and slamming the door in our face to another man in the neighborhood saying very coldly "I get mine on Sundays".

I think maybe the reason we don't see much persecution in this country is probably because we haven't been much of a threat to the system so far. Well guess what, things are changing" I believe the more we reject the temporary comfort of disobedience and embrace the comfort of His advancing kingdom the better equipped we'll be to face what's ahead for this world.

A passive compromised lifestyle will lead us right into the trap of the last days deception and falling away the bible warns of. Pretty scary times were living in, thank God His kingdom can't be shaken.

As we continued on our outreach we met a woman named Trina, she had pain in her shoulder and many other health problems. We encouraged her with the good news of the kingdom and joined hands to pray with her commanding pain to go and releasing the kingdom.

Her eyes welled up with tears as we felt the glory touch and deliver her. When we finished she testified of no pain in her shoulder thank you Jesus! You could tangibly feel depression go and joy come.

Afterward a man and woman named Glenda and Marcus came up and said "hey we heard that your praying for people can you pray with us". They had some pressing needs that we lifted up to the lord. We all got fired up sharing with one another Marcus lit up with encouragement as we preached and prophesied over them.

Terry gave them a word about God speaking to them through license plates. They were amazed because they had just seen a plate that said "overflow" and it had really got their attention ,pretty cool.

We sowed some more good seed before we left making some new friends, we'll definitely be back! It was interesting to see the range of peoples reaction in this neighborhood from total openness to rejection. God may we always by your grace be a threat to this worlds system, keep us, fill us, send us in Jesus name!!!

We are the light of the world!

Piedmont Park is one of the darkest neighborhoods were in right now. The way the enemy has gripped this neighborhood is truly disturbing. Young men and women with so much potential are deceived, bound and blinded by the darkness in alarming numbers.

If we are the light of the world and if their are thousands of believers in this city how can conditions like this exist? Maybe we to have become deceived, bound and blinded.

As we approached this neighborhood in the early evening a few police cars were just leaving, people were out on the street in numbers and obviously something was going on.

As we started to talk to people they looked at us like "what are you doing here" and some even said "this isn't a good time." Well I believe we were right on time. The enemy had drawn all these people out of their homes to see a fight, and now they were going to see and hear about the kingdom of God.

We got to minister to at least twenty people as we made our way around, and what the enemy meant for evil God was using for good.

One thing I've noticed is even our very presence in a neighborhood changes the atmosphere and even the behavior of the people. Many times people are convicted and try to hide their sin or apologize for what their doing as we love on them with the gospel.

The neighborhood is a circle of about 50 buildings and as we approached the end their was a group of about 15 people getting out of control. We kind of nudged our way into the middle of them and just declared that "Jesus is King and His kingdoms on the earth".

As we began to pray and share with people, one woman pointed out a 13 year old boy very drunk and stumbling around. Very heartbreaking to see this culture being past on to the young kids. This women wanted prayer for deliverance from a spirit of addiction.

We prayed and broke the spirits power. When we were done she tried to light up a cigarette, well, her lighter wouldn't work at all. You should have seen the look on her face as she said "I didn't mean cigarettes, just alcohol." Awesome Jesus!!! this really got her attention as we shared the reality of God's power.

As we were leaving it was almost dark and things were getting crazy again with people coming out of their homes. As we drove off 7 police cars and 1 ambulance came racing in. It felt as though the host of angels we brought in with us were leaving with us and the darkness was again taking dominion.

The light in us is more powerful then we think, if we continue to let it shine the kingdom of darkness doesn't stand a chance!

Let us with cheerful courage boldly take the land!

Stirring the embers

I have much empathy for backsliders having been one for 8 years in one season of my life. One of my favorite things on outreach is when we meet one who's in that place of indecision and warfare, because we know what it's like. The joy is when we can help one come back to the Lord.

Tuesday night at Colony Place we approached six people hanging out on a porch. As we preach the gospel of the kingdom they slowly left one by one until only one was left, a backslider named teeyan.

He had been away from the Lord for a while and had gone very far into sin. He was in that place of wanting to live for God but feeling like he had gone to far into sin. We strongly encouraged him that if he had the desire, it's not to late. It's God who puts that desire in us.

It felt like we were rescuing a drowning person trying to convince him to grab the life line. After about 15 minutes he finally began to reach for it and respond to the Lord.

By the time we were about to leave we all joined hands in a circle and he was actually praying for us. As we all continued to pray you could sense the embers in his heart beginning to burn for the Lord again.

Lets continue to pray for him as he's about to face some more critical decisions in his life. Awesome Jesus!

On our way out we stopped to encourage and pray for some of our people. They shared with us what God's been doing in their lives this week thank you Lord!

God working with us!

On a recent outreach to Cleveland Homes God reminded us that He is working with us, it's not just us out there by ourselves but the Lord actually there helping us.

About halfway through the outreach we spotted some young men drinking beer and smoking behind one of the apartment buildings. As we approached them it was obvious they didn't really want the light shining on them.

One man named Jermaine responded that he knew what we were doing and that they were all set and didn't want to talk to us.

(little did he know we weren't there to talk, but to preach and demonstrate the Kingdom of heaven.)

One of us asked him "what was going on with his shoulder?" He jumped up stunned, shaking his head and said "how did you know that?" After a little more preaching he let us pray for his shoulder. I'm not sure if he got healed he was so shaken he wouldn't really say if the pain was gone or not.

We ministered to the other men and assured them of God's love for them and encouraged them to repent. Amazing how one word of knowledge changes things. Thank you Jesus!

One simple word and........... wham!!!

We hit one of our favorite neighborhoods this week Piedmont Park. We've been calling it Piedmont Heaven lately because of the favor and presence we've had.

There were loads of people out on a Thursday night and the atmosphere was a little crazy feeling. Maybe it was the crazy guy on the motorcycle doing wheelies the whole length of the street contributing to the mood.

First off we got to minister to a man named Dexter recently laid off and battling depression. We took authority over depression and prayed he'd find a job. He was greatly encouraged and kept saying he was so thankful we came by and that he felt changed. Amazing how what we think is simple low level ministry is actually very powerful in setting people free.

Well as we continued on we met some women gathered around a parked car. We simply asked the woman in the car if they needed prayer. She said "oh yes" as we started to pray one of us asked what was going on with her brother.

All of a sudden Wham!!!!! something broke loose as they all gasped "how did you know?" The woman in the car started weeping and there was such a tangible anointing it just about messed us all up. It took us a few minutes to even say anything as the Spirit was so thick.

Keitha ended up getting delivered and giving her heart to the Lord as He powerfully loved on her! Awesome Jesus!!

People started lining up asking for ministry. We encouraged one woman about her gift of intercession and leadership and after a few minutes she opened right up and wanted prayer for the whole neighborhood. As we prayed we realized it was the national day of prayer, fitting confirmation for this intercessor, God's so good.

The incredible shrinking cyst!

A few months ago one of my co-workers was complaining of a very painful cyst on her wrist. Doctors said surgery was necessary and the mri alone was going to cost her $900.00

I told her God could heal her and explained that it's not Gods will for her to be in pain. She let me lay hands on it and pray. We didn't see any change right away but I told her to continue to lay hands on it and pray, "God's kingdom would come and His will would be done".

She works at another plant and I don't see her that often. Well a few days ago I saw her and she told me the cyst was 95% gone.

She said "I kept praying like you said to do and it worked!" Wow ! now she has no pain and she'll need no surgery. Praise God it does work, awesome to see people experience His love and favor. This woman had no theology for healing all she did was exercise simple faith and obedience.

94 yr old man gets saved!

Ahhh..... there's nothing like storming the gates of hell with the kindness of the Gospel, a sure cure for spiritual boredom.

Monday we went to Colony place, this neighborhood is always buzzing with people and desperately needs the light of the kingdom.

The first house we stopped at we got to minister to two older men Angus and Robert. As we share about the kingdom they began to get stirred up. Just as God used Caleb well into his eighties, we encouraged them that God wasn't done with them yet. It was like a light was turned on as we encouraged them to influence there neighborhood with the Gospel.

Angus ran inside to write his number down for us. Hopefully we can have a house church meeting there soon. When he came out his 94 yr old stepfather came to the door, he's been blind in both eyes for many years. I prayed God would restore his sight and as I started to deal with him about his soul he wanted to get things right with the Lord. Talk about being on the edge of eternity!

Sometimes we assume older people are right with God when in reality they are not ready. Thank you Lord for saving Johnny!

Our next stop was Edith's house we've prayed for her six or seven times over the past six months that God would open her blind eye. Well this time after prayer she said she started to see some red light in that eye. Thank you Jesus!!! Were believing as we continue to contend, her eye will completely open.

As we continued on we met some people hanging out on a porch. We began to preach to Kelly a young man 26, after about 10 minutes of preaching he began to open up and come under some conviction. We led him in a re dedication prayer and laid hands on him to receive the Holy Ghost.

We've seen some progress in our new believers recently and were encouraged to see them respond. Lets pray God would fill them with boldness and the reality of His Spirit!!

Where the greater joy is!

This past outreach was awesome. We went to parkway plaza, always a fun fruitful place for outreach. We've sown seed there for many years and have much favor and dominion.

The first five people we ministered to were Christians and it was amazing to feel the unity as we all got stirred up about the kingdom and the times were living in.

We challenged one young man in his 20's named Elijah to come with us, he jumped right in as we went preaching the gospel to people.

Another group of christian ladies all from different churches joined us in prayer as they had some pressing needs. There is a tangible anointing that manifests whenever we meet real Christians on the street and begin to share the Lord with each other.

We met four men hanging out at a pick up truck. We shared the gospel with them for a while, two of them ended up giving their lives to the Lord. The other two weren't very open to the gospel. After we all prayed you could feel the joy of heaven start to come, and hope begin to rise in these two men Joe and John.

I was reminded of the time Jesus slammed the religious guys with the parable of the lost sheep and lost coin. He told them there was more joy in heaven over one sinner that repents than 99 who haven't strayed away. God give us some more of that greater joy!!

SURPRISE ATTACK!

On our last outreach the weather wasn't cooperating. The forecast was colder temperatures, showers heavy at times, basically a cold damp forecast. Most times this happens our first response is usually "We better stay in where it's safe and warm." This is usually followed up with a hearty "amen" from our flesh and the enemy nodding in agreement.

Well we decided we were going to surprise the enemy and do the opposite of what he thought we would do. We had a team of Five and decided to hit the bus station. Always a place ripe with precious people in greet need.

The women went to one side and Terry and I went to the other. We met one young man very open to the Gospel. After encouraging him for a while he started to open up and really think about his future without God. He had said he was a believer but then confessed he was not really a follower at all.

As we shared how the current events of our day are in line with the word of God, he began to become more concerned about his own life and future.We brought him to the edge of a decision and he said he would call us. I believe we planted some seeds that will continue to bear fruit. It always amazes me how God can bring total strangers to a level of sharing their inner heart in a few minutes.

As we looked over at Renee and Cathy, they had four women lining up for prayer and ministry. One women with knee problems received healing after being led in a prayer of forgiveness with tears welling up in her eyes. God shook her with His compasion and healing and let us have the priveledge of being there. Awesome Jesus!

Yesterday on outreach we ventured into Piedmont Circle. I love doing outreach in great weather, people were out in numbers enjoying the day.

At one of our first stops a woman named Jackie invited us in to pray for her, she had much pain in her left leg. We began to share about the kingdom and how it was Gods desire to heal her.
Renee laid her hand on her leg as we prayed, and at first there was no change. After the second time we asked her to check for pain, she couldn't find any. You should have seen the surprised look on her face and the joy that came into the room.

Her adult daughter Tamika also wanted prayer and then we prayed for her other daughter. We had some good words for them and they want us to come back for a house church meeting sometime.

In the meantime Jackie had gone outside and shared with her neighbor that she had gotten healed. The neighbor who had previously said "I'm not interested" was now wide open for prayer. We prayed for her knees and encourgaged her. I'm not sure if she got healed, she had trouble making eye contact with us, I think she was under some conviction.

Our next stop was a group of six or seven people hanging out on a porch. As usual it felt like they would not be open, well as usual our feelings were wrong.They were wide open. We prayed for a few of them and ministered to one young man for about twenty minutes he poured out his heart as we shared the Gospel of the kingdom with him.
On our way to visit Ms. Roland we preached and prophesied to seven more people. One young man invited us to come to his apt. Thursday for a house church meeting.

I believe we need to continually feed on the reality "the harvest truly is plentiful." Not because we think it is or want it to be, but because Jesus said it is.

When Kingdoms Collide

On a recent outreach we went to follow up on a new believer named Keywan, we've been praying for him for a few weeks and wanted to stop by to encourage him. We knocked on his door and he invited us right in. He had some friends over and he introduced us to them and told them what we were about.

As we started to minister to the three of them all of a sudden a tangible intensity came into the room. The more we preached the more intense it got with questions, accusations, curiosity and truth like two Kingdoms colliding.

At one point all three of us were preaching at full volume and intensity to them and they were responding to us at full volume and intensity.

After about twenty minutes we asked if we could pray for them and demonstrate the kingdom. They agreed, and as we prayed one of us got a word for Tyson about having once followed the Lord wholeheartedly until something major happened in his life resulting in him losing faith.

His eyes got wide as he said "oh man that's crazy, something really did happen" turns out he had lost a younger brother years ago and he had been really angry at God.

This word seemed to really get his attention as he continued to share that he knew this was not a coincidence but a divine appointment. We began to really warn them of the eternal consequences of not being right with God. It was like we were pulling them from the fire. We assured them we would be back and that we would be praying faithfully for them.

As we left we were all a bit bewildered and stunned at the intensity of the visit. It felt like we had been conduits for the power of God and it felt awesome!!!

Many times in life we want crystal clear direction from the Lord. Well, how many know that's not usually how God does things. He calls us to walk in faith and obedience.

A few days ago we we're in one of our new neighborhoods and we began to share the Gospel with a guy out on the sidewalk. He had a surprised look on his face as he said "you guys talked with me a few weeks ago at a shopping center." We then began to recognize him and Renee remebered the lion logo on his Jacket.

Wow, we we're able to preach the kingdom to him and say "what are the odds we would bump into you again." He knew God was trying to get his attention. He was very convicted and we gave him our # again.

A few days later we we're in a new neighborhood banging on a few doors. No one was real receptive until this one home.

An older woman came to the door and invited us right in, she was thrilled to receive us. We ministered to her and prayed God would heal her arthritus. She began to say " I remember you now, you prayed for my niece months ago at a shopping center". Her niece had some health problems including frequent seizures. Renee and Terry prayed for her that day, it was at least six months ago.

Well, she said her neice "HADN'T HAD ONE SEIZURE SINCE THEY PRAYED FOR HER"!!!!Thank you Jesus!!

There have been a few more times where we have ministered to people and then coincidently ministered again across town to them. This really encourages me that God is leading us to accomplish His will as we are obedient and step out in faith.

"We walk by faith and not by sight" to accomplish His will not our own agenda.

What must I do to be saved?

I got a phone call a few days ago from a guy named Keywan. He said "you guys came to my house a few days ago and I've really been thinking about what you said."

I just shared more of the gospel with him and told him about God's plan for his life.
He said he wanted to make a change in his life. I really challenged him about repenting and how going public with your decision is really when God takes us seriously. I wanted him to know how big of a decision this is. Well I couldn't discourage him even with some strong sobering words about following Jesus.

He still wanted to get his heart right with God. He basically said "What must I do to be saved?" I haven't seen conviction on somebody like that in a long time.

We prayed and he committed his life to the Lord. I was able to go to his house and give him a bible and answer some more of his questions. We've been encouraging him for a few days now and he is still hungry for more.

Thank you Jesus!!!

Pain level 4 gone!!!!

We cracked open another new neighborhood today, it used to be the happy hills housing project but they totally rebuilt it I'm not sure of the name now.

We were able to minister to a woman who had recently lost her 30 yr old daughter. Very sad but she appreciated the ministry.

Next we spotted a woman in the parking lot with a cane getting her mail. We asked her what had happened to her she explained she had jump off a second floor balcony to get away from some men robbing an apartment she was in. It happened over the summer and she was still recovering.

She invited us in to pray for her. She had broken her humerus bone (upper arm) during the attack and now after surgery she's still in pain. We asked her what the current pain level was on a scale of one to ten. She said it was a four, the doctors want to do more surgery to try to fix it.

We began to share about Gods love and His kingdom being on the earth and how there's no pain in heaven. After we laid hands on her and prayed we asked her to check the pain level. She said the pain was all gone thank you Jesus!!!

She's going back to the doctors Jan.9th to get it checked, can't wait to here the good report.

Our next stop was the apartment right next door. A woman named Tami opened the door and we shared the kingdom was at hand. She was very open for ministry and asked us in. She was suffering from depression, anxiety and panic attacks.

We ministered to her with some scripture and commanded the demonic spirits to go. After prayer she did start to smile as we continued to encourage her. You could see the light of the truth beginning to shine on her in a fresh way.

Lastly on the way out we hit one last home. Renee got a word of knowledge about the man who came to the door She got his first named David. Pretty cool and she prophesyed to him about a gift of faith he had. He shared with us about being backslidden but he started getting stirred up in a good way the more we preached to him. We prayed for his bad tooth before we left not sure if it got healed he had it numbed up pretty good. We'll be back to follow up.

Divine appointment

Yesterday we went to Waughtown to hit some new neighborhoods. The first house was a family Renee had ministered to a few months ago. Their adult son is battling M.S.and actually lives close to us. Their father was outside, he is a believer so we were able to encourage him and he actually encouraged us. We gave him our number and hopefully they'll be in touch so we can pray for his son.

The next house was a total divine appointment. A man named Tony answered the door. He's been out of prison for a year and although he met the Lord in prison he's been wrestling with a lot of temptation and confusion.

He was into the gang seen pretty heavily but trying to change. He's got custody of his three young children and is in need of employment. We were able preach to him and really encourage him. He was remarking how he was just saying to his girlfriend "I can't keep going down this same road, somethings got to change," and then we show up on his doorstep preaching the Gospel. How awesome is that???

We were able to pray with him and he rededicated his life to the Lord. Were going back tomorrow to encourage him some more.

Here's another pretty cool detail. After we left his house we knocked on a door the next street over and it was a pastor who had a house church that meets there a few times a week with church meetings, prayer and they go out on the streets as well.

They have a ministry that reaches out to drug addicts and gang members. He gave us a flier and hopefully Tony can get plugged in there. Thank you Jesus!!!

Jesus healed a shoulder and didn't even tell us!!!!

We went down to a local apartment complex today for outreach and we had a blast. First of all before we left the house I got a very intense headache. I figured it was either the enemy attacking or God showing me someone out there needs prayer.

Well the first door we knocked on was a guy named Matt. We said "we're out preaching the gospel today" and asked if he needed prayer. Wouldn't you know it he had a pretty bad headache. He also had recently been laid off. We prayed for a new job and for his headache to go. He responded saying "I feel heat coming off my head and the headaches gone." He was open to the gospel and we ministered to him for a while. He told us his neighbor could really use some prayer.

We went across the hall and met Scotty. Scotty was wrestling with depression and paranoia and not really having a good day. We were able to pray for him and cast out the spirits that were tormenting him.

He called me later that night to ask if I could bring him some sugar for his coffee, he was out and we live right down the street so I brought him some.

As we talked on the phone he began to thank us for praying for him and said the pain in his shoulder was gone and that he was feeling much better.

We didn't even know anything was wrong with his shoulder. He went on to explain that I had put my hand on his shoulder while we we're praying and he got healed.

Thank you Jesus!!

I'm convinced GOD KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING we just need to be available and obedient and He'll do the rest.

Salvation--Healing

We went down to Parkway Plaza Tuesday to preach the gospel of the kingdom. Earlier that day I read the account in Acts where they prayed,

"grant to your servants that with all boldness they may speak your word and by the stretching forth of your hand to heal signs and wonders may be down in the name of your holy servant Jesus".

Well we prayed that same prayer and that's just what happened!!!

We had the opportunity to preach to some young men and challenge them to respond to the Gospel. One guy named Rayshawn seemed to be very apathetic but after a while we could see him start to track with our message. We basically gave him the simple gospel challenge mixed with some prophetic words about his giftings. He slowly began to respond and understand the message of Jesus paying the price for our sins. It's sad to see how the enemy has blinded the minds of the unbelievers. Many times we spend the first few minutes trying to wake people up to reality. Either by a word of knowledge,prophetic words or just the clear gospel message.

After about 10 minutes of preaching to this guy I began to press in and challenge him about the condition of his soul. I don't usually press in for salvation with people I've just met but you could sense conviction and urgency coming upon this guy. We led him in a prayer to receive Jesus and to get filled with the Holy Spirit We felt something happen and he was visibly touched. We got his # and believe God supernaturally started something in him.

Next we met a woman in a wheelchair named Pat. Shes had Lupus for 20 yrs and said it was starting to affect her brain. Her fingers were balled up and other parts of body paralysed. She was with two other family members and they were very open for prayer. We prayed that God's will would be done on earth as it is in heaven and just broke off all the attack of the enemy. After prayer we asked her to see if there was any change, she could open her hands halfway. She said she couldn't do that before. Thank you Jesus!!!!!

We gave her our number and said call us if we could come minister some more.. She said she was a new believer and had been wanting to get out to a bible study but it's been hard to get out. We said we would come to her, she was very excited and said we would be definitely hearing from her, awesome!!!!!!!!!

Holiday love Bombing

Have you ever felt like things weren't going like you planned? Well guess what, they probably never will. Don't get discouraged though, this is a great opportunity to use one of the most powerful weapons in our arsenal. I call it the "holiday season love bomb." When in doubt advance the Kingdom, it's very effective in bringing clarity and joy to your mind.

This week we've been following up on some of our people in Piedmont park. Saturday we visited Jackie, an older woman who lives alone. God's healed her a number of times this year from high blood pressure and respiratory problems. She wasn't having a very good day we felt a heavy depression on her and in her apartment. We prayed and blessed her and her house.

Well, we went back on Tuesday with some Christmas gifts (pajamas and slippers). She looked totally different the depression was gone (praise God!!)and she was so excited to receive the gifts. She commented she hadn't really opened a Christmas gift since she was 18. What fun to bless people, it really is better to give than to receive.

Our next stop was Martha's house. God opened Martha's blind eye over the summer and she can still see out of it. She even read the Christmas card to prove it. We prayed again and blessed her as she was having some other problems with the eyes, they've been watering excessively, they seemed to start drying up after we prayed, so we'll be back to see how her continued healing is going.

Our next stop was Ms. Roland. She's an older women Who God's healed this summer from the effects of a stroke. She's been battling some chronic infection for the past few months but we're believing God for a complete healing. We haven't been to see her for a while because of travel but she really missed us and we missed her. It was good to see her again and stir up her faith. It's amazing how the Lord shows up when we encourage one another.

A Treasure of human souls

Jesus said "the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field" You know what the treasure is, it's a treasure of human souls.

Jesus was concerned about lost things; lost pearls, and lost sheep. He worried about the crop that would be lost if the lack of workers left it rotting in the field. He wasn't just speaking rhetorically when He spoke of His concerns. He sacrificed His life to purchase lost souls.

Well Saturday as we were on outreach I couldn't help but think of all the people in these neighborhoods and what treasure was there. It is so easy to drive by neighborhoods, apartment buildings, houses and forget there are people in there lost, sick, hurting, misunderstood, lonely, afraid, depressed, fearful, blind, deaf, lame, diabetic, addicted, abused, you name it there in there.

God's given us the privilege as His Ambassadors to bring the good news of the Kingdom to them. Let us never forget.

Anyway Saturday we found a new neighborhood, a women from last week gave us her address and wanted us to do a home meeting at her apartment. She wasn't home so we went door to door to check things out. The first home we came to we knocked on the door told them the kingdom of heaven was at hand and asked if anyone needed healing. They kind of laughed at us but a young man 18yrs old said "I do" and came outside for prayer. He said he'd been up all night with pain inside his mouth. We shared with him about what God's been doing so he let us pray he was amazed all the pain was gone. We continued to share the gospel with him.

The next guy was out bouncing a basketball his name was Antonio he only had one eye. He had been shot with a BB gun in 1984. We began to pray for his healing we didn't see anything change but maybe next time. We had a word that he likes to write poetry he said "yes I do" and began to recite a poem he had written.

At the next house we met Stella a middle aged mother. We just shared the Gospel with her and prayed for fear and depression to go. She said " I know God sent you here" we continued to minister and encourage her.

As we were knocking on the next home a neighbor called to us that no one lived there. We went over to her home and asked if she needed prayer. She invited us in her name was Miss Annie. She had Arthritis in both feet after prayer she walked around the kitchen to test it for pain she couldn't find any. We all just thanked God for the healing, she also had irritation in her eyes from cataracts we prayed for that and she said "the irritation is gone it feels much better."

The next home was a man living alone named Perry he was 60 yrs old and had had 4 heart attacks and 3-4 strokes. He was a believer and invited us in, we encouraged him in the lord prayed for God to strengthen his body and just fellowshiped with him for a while. He began to share his love for singing for the Lord and how the strokes had really affected his singing voice. We prayed God would restore it 100% he sang a bit for us and it sounded pretty good.

As we were leaving a little boy riding his bike, probably no more than 3 said "next time you come to my house" very cute and prophetic we'll definitely be back. What a joy to see the treasure in these neighborhoods it always amazes me what God will do.

Healing at the Bus station

I've always had a special place in my heart for the bus station or subway station. Why? two words "captive audience" what a place to preach the gospel. I can remember as a new convert years ago riding on subways in Boston and taking advantage of the awkward silence of a subway to preach the Gospel with my friends. Truly Christian "entertainment" at it's best.

Anyway Wednesday we decided to hit the bus station, with the days getting shorter it's a pretty safe place at night. As you could guess I worked late and had gone in early without much sleep. I was pretty tired and not feeling very spiritual. Well the enemy is very sympathetic to our flesh and began to whisper "you should stay home and take it easy".

(you can mark it down most times when you plan on doing something for God your flesh and the devil will tell you this really is not convenient) Thankfully my wife was pretty fired up about preaching the Gospel that night and it got me encouraged as well.

When we got there we first looked for people who needed obvious healing crutches, canes, wheelchairs. Well we found all three but no one was open for prayer, many times the first few people we encounter are not open but as we continue to press in things usually change. And change they did, Renee started preaching to two women on a bench and before long they started getting really encouraged one was a believer and her faith started to get all stirred up pretty soon she was preaching to us. The other women had pain in both knees so we began to pray for her after prayer she couldn't find the pain any where praise God. We all began to praise God and thank Him for showing up.

After that we decided to go to the inside of the bus station I found a man named Daryl who needed healing in his back as he began to test it out he couldn't find the pain anywhere. We also ministered to a man from Africa a man we really felt God was gonna use powerfully. We left encouraged and energized, I forgot all about how tired I was and we were both so thankful we had jumped out of the boat.

We all heard her back pop!!!

Still amazes me how much God wants to move supernaturally in our lives. Here's the account of another Saturday outreach. We decided to check up on Jackie, a women God's been stirring up and healing lately. She's been telling her friends about "the healing people" as she calls us it's pretty cool because she directs us to different people in need. God's been giving her sleep as He heals a breathing problem she had. We ministered for a while and she wants us to come back to have a house church meeting some time.

We then went down a street the locals call "new jack city" because of the trouble that breaks out there. We saw two women hanging out on a porch and we began to share the Kingdom of God with them and asked if they needed healing. One of them named Selena spoke up and shared that her back hurt. We began to pray and right after we prayed we heard her back pop. She looked kind of startled as she began to look for the pain, no pain thank you Jesus. It's funny many times when someone gets healed they look confused and don't quite know what to say. We then have the privilege to share that God healed them because He loves them so much. George had a word of knowledge that she had a twin sister and there relationship was in need of restoration this was right on and also got her attention.

We met another guy on the way out and got a word he had pain in his knees. He was stunned and said " how did you know that?" We preached the gospel to him encouraging him to give his heart to the Lord. While we were speaking a fight broke out a street over and soon there were three police cars and an ambulance rushing into the neighborhood. This was pretty cool because it brought a lot of people out of there homes. This one young woman stopped us and said "I know you guys are Christians," she then began to open up her heart to us and we were able to minister to her for about twenty minutes encouraging and exhorting her to pursue her destiny.

This is the word that comes to mind to describe what happens when we go preach the "Kingdom of God is at hand". Most times when I get home from outreach I'm somewhat stunned at God using us. It's amazing how natural the supernaturals been happening. Saturday we went to a strip mall on Peters creek parkway. We were praying for a man in a wheelchair out side a dollar store. While we were praying a woman came out and said "wow I feel power out here". She was evidently a christian and jumped right in to help us pray. We also came across another group of christians out spreading the gospel, it's awesome to see the church out there doing the stuff.

We went to Colony place Saturday and had a blast. We followed up with Tippy a guy we had prayed for last week he was in bed for 5 days with extreme pain from gout in his arm. This week he was up and out on the porch feeling much better thank you Jesus.

We are also contending for Edith she is now very open for prayer when we see her, were believing God for her blind right eye to open, nothing yet but will continue to pray until it does. We ministered to a woman named Maggie, at first she wasn't open for any ministry but after we preached for a little while she shared that she had a torn ligament in her leg. After prayer she began to test it and something began to happen. She said the tightness was starting to leave then the pain level began to go down after more prayer she testified of no pain. Thank God, it's amazing how even people that are not open if we press in a little they sometimes open up enough for God to do something.

Well I was some what vexed and provoked when we were leaving to go home. We stopped at Henry's house, the guy who had gotten healed from blindness a few Weeks earlier. He had lost some of his healing. He is a third degree Mason and didn't want to renounce it last time we were there. I was worried about that and thought it may have a negative effect on his healing. Anyway instead of ending the outreach on a disappointing note we drove to Piedmont park and preached to about ten people, got one lady healed and now have a possibility for a house church! I guess the enemy thought we would just go home disappointed oh well, guess again.

First we did a drive by inside the neighborhood to see what was going on. People were everywhere hanging out getting ready for there "Saturday night activities". We just started at one end and walked right up the middle of them. We preached and ministered, it was funny to see some people scatter as we brought the light of the gospel to them. We had three guys under a lot of conviction two had once been on fire for the Lord and one who had never been saved. God got his attention when I told him he was 53 years old. I said "how did I know that, It's because God knows you and loves you". We ran into Chris a local drug dealer and was able to minister to him and let him know were still praying for him.

On our way out we asked a woman named Jackie who was hanging out on her porch if she needed prayer, this time she said "oh yes come pray for me". She had been diagnosed with copd and had much difficulty breathing. After prayer she said "listen the rattling in my lungs has stopped. As we were praying we began to command the sinuses to open as well and she said her completely blocked right side was now open. She was amazed saying "you didn't even know my sinus was blocked". We ministered to her and her friend for a while, she wants us to come back next week and have a house church meeting. Thank you Jesus...We also prayed she'd have a good night sleep she'd had insomnia. She said as we left "I can breathe so good I'm going to bed right now. I know I'll be able to sleep tonight". We can't wait to see her next week and hear about what God's done.

Today we stopped at Al and Shawns house for a house church meeting this couple is on fire !!!! Shawns been testifying to her supervisor about her hand getting healed and able to encourage people because of what God's done. Al is diving into the Word and every time we see him is getting more and more revelation about the kingdom of God. He's in the book of acts and wants to go for it..Preach..heal the sick raise the dead!!!! Every time we see them we have such a wonderful time of fellowship in the Lord it's awesome thank you thank you thank you Jesus!!!!

CARPEL TUNNEL SYNDROME HEALED

We went back to the new neighborhood Saturday to follow up on some people. At one of our first stops some women were out on there porch they didn't want prayer but said there was a sick man in the house. They took us to a back bedroom to pray for a man named Tippy his left hand and arm were swelled very badly because of gout he was in extreme pain. We began to pray and minister the swelling went down a little, we'll be back tomorrow or next week to check on him. On the way out his neighbor Edith pulled me aside and said "pray for me." She was blind in one eye because of cataracts we prayed for a while and didn't see to much changed. She did begin to see a little bit of light in her bad eye so we know God touched her.

As we were leaving Genesis said "Daddy there's a lady upstairs let's go up there." We knocked on the door and a woman named Sharon answer we told here " Jesus is king and His kingdom is on the earth" and asked if she needed prayer. She invited us in and we prophesied and shared the love of God with her. She had been struggling with depression but as we ministered she began to light up. She went on to share about her heart for helping the older people in the project and actually they were a few of the people we had been ministering to. She wants us to come back.

Next we prayed for another woman named Edith whose right side is paralysed from a stroke, she showed us the progress she's made since last week being able to lift her arm higher at the shoulder. We prayed for the full function of her hand and arm to come back 100% didn't see it open but believe it will soon you could tell her faith had been activated from what God's already done.

Next we encouraged a man in His twenties with three kids. He was wide open so we felt like we were sowing on good ground.

A few doors down we met Ricky. Ricky is a Muslim very active with the Nation of Islam. George and I stirred it up with him for about thirty minutes. He had grown up with some form of Christianity but had really been disappointed by it (obviously not the real thing) He was very angry with the American Churches and how they are so feminine. It was sad to see his hunger for God being filled with a hateful religious spirit. This is one reason why Islam attracted him, the discipline and militancy. I believe it's true to some extent most churches today are passive and feminine and this is why many men are turned off by them. I believe we got him questioning the false truth that he found in Islam. We kept bringing it back to how are you going to pay for your sins? See he believes God is a God of justice, so we got him to explain how he atones for his own sins. He believes fasting for ramadan is the way they atone now. We asked him if that seemed kind of weak going from blood sacrifice for sins to fasting. I think it got him thinking.

His finger tip had been cut off years ago and I challenged him that if Jesus healed it would he believe Jesus is God. This freaked him out but I believe God would have if he had let us pray.

CARPEL TUNNEL SYNDROME HEALED
Anyway we were a bit discouraged at this point in the outreach because we hadn't seen any profound miracles yet. We decided to follow up on one last family before leaving.

Al and Shawn had been greatly encouraged the week before. We had stirred them up with prayer prophetic words and the Gospel. They didn't need physical healing or any thing but were very encouraged. As Shawn opened the door they were so excited to see us Al had been reading his bible that week and hoping we came back. His wife Shawn held up her left hand in a brace and said look what happened. She had woken up that morning with extreme pain and much swelling in her fingers wrist and forearm. They went to the emergency room. The diagnosis was carpel tunnel syndrome. They sent her home and said if it doesn't get better she may need surgery. She said they hadn't given her anything for the pain except ibuprofen.

I Said "Jesus has something for the pain" We asked her the pain level she said 10 and she couldn't close her hand at all. We began to pray and then asked her to take off the brace. She said the pain was an 7 and she could move her fingers a little bit. We prayed at least four times and checked the pain level each time. It got down to level 3 and then no pain whatsoever. The swelling completely went down. She was able to make a fist, open and closed write with a pen and tears began to flow. They were amazed at what God did, visibly shaken.

Were going back today, Sunday to have a house church meeting they are very excited.

Praise God!!!!!

THE BLIND SEE (This could be your only chance)

All I can say is WOW and thank you Jesus. We had a team of five go on outreach today and we had a blast. We ventured out into some uncharted waters in a new neighborhood and saw multiple healing's and God's glory show up in a powerful way.
Renee and Shelley Knocked on a mans door, he responded to them with a typical "I'm not interested" type of response so they went next door. A few minutes later he calls out "did you leave yet? I do want prayer." ( later he shared God spoke to him and said "THIS COULD BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE" that's why he changed his mind) So they went in to pray for him he had been blind since about 1972, he could see some shapes and shadows but that's about it. They ministered for a bit then came and got me and George. We all began pray and loose God's kingdom after a while he began to say "I feel something we said that's the glory of God on you what's happening?"He said "water" As we looked up water was running out of his eyes but he wasn't crying. God was definitely doing something. We did the finger test and he past, than an across the room finger test he passed. Then we found something for him to read he began to slowly read the first line . It was very small print but he began to read each word.

(It was very dark in his apartment so I reached to turn on a light there was no light bulb. I said "hey you need a light bulb he said why would I need a light bulb I was blind I said oh yea that makes sense")

Anyway We continued to test it I wrote my cell number down for him, he read it no problem he said he hadn't read anything for thirty years!! He asked if he could keep the scrap paper we tested him with he wanted to keep reading it. Come on Jesus!!!

He knew the Lord and we encouraged him to dig his bible out and begin reading it for himself we can't wait to go back next week and see how he's doing.

He also had numbness and swelling in his fingers and arms Shelley put her hands on his and began to pray he said it felt like he had two big gloves on because of the swelling. After prayer he said it felt like the gloves came off. We had some words for him and continued to minister for a while he was visibly shaken by God's touch and so were we!!! Praise God!!

George and I had an opportunity to pray for a woman who had had a stroke in 99. We felt much much compassion for her as we prayed and while testing her paralysed right side was able to lift her arm about 5 inches higher than before prayer thank you Jesus We believe God's gonna continue to heal can't wait to report on it being complete.

Also we ministered to a family moving some people in. The husband needed a job so we prayed for him and we got some prophetic words for him and his wife the words were right on and got there attention. He began to share with us some of his past and how he had been on fire for God for many years, he began to really light up. George asked if he'd been baptized in the Holy Spirit he said "oh yes" and began to share story after story of many prophetic experiences he had in the past. He was very thankful we came over he said he saw us going door to door and was waiting for us to come over. He felt like a quality guy with a huge destiny awaiting him. The presence of the Lord got stronger and stronger as we stirred each other up sharing about the things of God..

Is the Gospel inappropriate?

I remember waiting for the Christmas parade to start in downtown Winston Salem this past December. Just before the parade a few thousand people lined both sides of fourth street eagerly awaiting the parade. I couldn't help but think about preaching the Gospel at full volume in the middle of the street. I also couldn't help but think how inappropriate that would be. Well that's the million dollar question isn't it. When is it appropriate to share the gospel? Are people really going to hell? Did God really commission the Church to bring the good news miracles signs and wonders? Is God really expecting us to penetrate this world with the Gospel? I guess I would have to say it is absolutely appropriate. We tend to er on the side of caution more worried about how we come across or if this is the right time. We listen to that voice of sophistication that says " oh that would be inappropriate."Jesus said "today is the day of salvation" I know we really don't have much persecution in this country maybe it's because were so passive and cautious about bringing the truth. Are we more worried about offending people then offending God? Is there actually a godly tangible boldness, a cheerful courage available for us to walk in ? I believe there is!! Join us this week for outreach and we'll find out together.

The church has left the building!!

We headed out today and as we went down Liberty street and onto New Hope Rd we saw a woman hobbling along. Paul commented on her so we turned around. I hopped out and started talking to her she God saved right on the spot and I prayed for her to get healed No instant healing but Freida was touched and happy to receive Jesus. i just asked her if she was a Christian and she said honestly no. I asked her what was keeping her from becoming one and she said nothing. She willingly received.

As I turned to go back to the car I saw another woman approaching so I talked to her. I told Celeste my testimony and tears are streaming down her face. I was reading her mail. I asked her what was keeping her from surrendering to Jesus right then. She was tired of living her life and not sure if she wanted to. She wasn't sure she wanted to change. We talked for at least 20 more minutes and I just gave her hope and truth and she and I both cried some more. She "on the streets". I think a prostitute. I told her how Jesus hung around the prostitutes and thieves and the untouchables. He LOVED her and sent me to tell her.

She came over to the car to get my number and I told her just go home today. Not to go back out on the street. Paul and George ministered and encouraged her to get with some Christians and we offered to meet back with her again, but she lived in Lexington.
We prayed with her and she surrendered to the Lord. She was filled with the Spirit of God instantly and began crying and smiling.

We went down to check on some folks down at the project and she how they were doing. Sherry and Timothy were first. They were both encouraged and seeking jobs. Sherry said we could come back and visit on Sunday. We call it mobile church. On the way out we talked to another woman and prayed with her. She said she was a believer.

We saw Theresa and she was healed one time before of knee pain instantly. She recently had hip surgery and wanted prayer for that because it was acting up and her leg was longer. I prayed for her. It wasn't instantly healed, but I prayed for her back. I felt like her hips and back were out to compensate for the injury.

Then we talked with about 6 or 7 other people and prayed for them. The next doorstep would call for prayer next. George was getting words of knowledge and authority.

Neighborhood outreach

We went out yesterday to a neighborhood in downtown in Winston Salem and we saw God's glory being poured out in a new way. Everywhere we went someone would start crying. We prayed for a stroke victim and no visable healing. Paul began to minister to a woman in the room and she began to cry. We prayed for her brother in law who was in the hospital with cancer.

We then prayed for a man with diabetes and a prothstetic leg. We were invited to pray for someone sick in the house. She had an infection in her leg from a surgery and then I received a word of knowledge about something else in her body needing to be healed and she let us know that she had cancer. We prayed and I was crying and she was too.

The other woman in the room began to cry and Paul was ministering to her and we prayed for her Brother in law who is in the hospital dying of cancer. A man outside was healed 70% of arthritis and he was surprised that he was feeling better. Then yesterday Paul had a friend call and he received Jesus as his Lord and saviour!!

Advancing the Kingdom
When Jesus sent out the 70 they came back rejoicing!! That is a bit of what we felt like today. There were 7 adults total and we invaded 2 neighborhoods with the Kingdom of God. Paul asked this man if he could pray for him and he came running towards us. He had pain in his side like ribs from over 1 year ago and he got totally healed and he started jumping up and down screaming and shouting and praising God and speaking in tongues. He lit up when God healed him!

We went and checked up on a woman from last week with cancer and infection in her leg. We prayed again over her and she stood up out of her wheelchair and felt better. She has felt like the skin is healing over her leg wound and it was tight feeling as the skin is being restored!!

We all came together and shared what good things God had done. On one team God continued a further healing of paralysis in a woman's arm from a stroke.

And still others received encouragement while the glory was falling on others.

Jesus always raised the standard

Many times in life we tend to lower our expectations. This is sometimes considered wisdom especially in relation to dealing with people. However we need to be careful this doesn't become the norm in our life. Yes people will disappoint us yes Gods timing many times is not ours but as believers were called to be like Jesus. What was He like? He lived a lifestyle of expectation a life of true living faith. He had the ability to believe His Father and also to believe in people. He would'nt have died for humanity if He did'nt.

In one account He told a woman to "go and sin no more" this wasn't just a catchy Jesus saying, it was living faith. When He said "he who believes in me, the works that I do he will do also" Again He's always challenging always raising expectation. Always believing. This is how we're called to live. Always believing God always raising our expectation always trusting the God that is able to do exeecingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.Always preaching Jesus is the way Always bringing the reality of the Kingdom of God in our midst!!!

BLIND EYE opened!!!

We went to piedmont park with a team of six. About half way through the outreach we met a woman named Martha. We asked her how she was doing she looked a little down. She said "I guess o.k." we began to share about the Kingdom of God and asked if she needed any healing in her body. She said I've been blind in my right eye for two years. We began to pray God's kingdom would come and His will would be done. After we prayed we asked her to cover her good eye to check the bad one. She said there was no changed so we began to pray again. This time as she covered her good eye I held up one finger in front of her bad eye. I said how many fingers do you see she said "one" I said but that's your bad eye she started freaking out saying I can see. I held up two fingers and then three she could see them everytime. She went running into the house yelling telling every one.

When she came out we shared how much God loved her and she re dedicated her life to the Lord!!! Come on Jesus!!

Everyone stopped laughing!!!!!!

Went into a neighborhood felt a lot of intimidation but decided to just jump in anyway. We went up to a group of 6-7 people on a porch told them Jesus is king and His kingdoms on the earth. Asked if anyone needed prayer a man came out using a cane had a bad knee 10 pain level.

As we began to pray they started laughing we kept praying for a bit then ask him to look for the pain and what was the level now. He looked up and said there's no pain zero. He kept trying to find the pain everyone stopped laughing and looked a little bit shocked!! come on Jesus!!!

We began to minister to others on the porch one woman kept saying thank you Jesus!

I said to them I don't know about you but this makes me a little nervous if God healed him that means that He really is right here!! Needless to say they weren't laughing at us when we left.

Word of knowledge

On a wednesday night outreach we saw a guy waiting on a bench outside a barber shop. We began talk with him and tell him about the kingdom of God. I started getting the name Tony so I asked him if he knew somebody named Tony. He said no, so I just began to share how God loved him and was concerned with every detail of his life. I shared about God having a specific plan for him and us talking to him was a divine appointment. Then he said I Think your right my name is Tony. He was visibly touched and encouraged that God knew his name and really believed he sent us to speak to him.

Back injury healed

On our Wednesday night outreach we went to parkway plaza strip mall. We stopped a women walking by and told her the "kingdom of Heavens at hand' and asked if she needed healing in her body. She said she had a lot of pain in her back we began to pray "God your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven." We commanded all pain to go in Jesus name. We asked her to look for the pain she got a surprised look on her face and said it's gone. She said I feel like a little girl again pain free...Come on Jesus!!!!

Drug dealers wide open

One Saturday we went to Piedmont park to follow up on a guy named Timothy. A women came to the door and said he wasn't home. She pointed down the street to a bunch of people hanging out and said he's down there. We walked down the street looking for Timothy well we found a guy name Timothy but it was a different one. They seemed like a pretty rough crowd and we felt a little intimidated but we boldly said hey the" kingdom of heaven's at hand" and just explained it's right in our midst and actually they were wide open to listen to the Gospel.

Two of them had just been talking about going back to church. We got a few prophetic words about there giftings and callings and said we would come back on Sunday and we could have "church" right here. A girl name Tasha said "I can round up a bunch of people if you want".

The next day we went back and the atmosphere was a little crazy they were selling pot but two of the guys Chris and Timothy were there and even more open then the day before. Timothy began to consider turning himself in to the police, conviction was all over him.

I got two jobs!!!!

On a wednesday night we were on outreach at parkway plaza a strip mall on peters creek parkway. Many times we will pray for whatever people need. A guy comes running up and says hey I got two jobs!!! We didn't know what he was talking about at first then he began to say" you prayed for me to get a job remember." We had prayed for him a few weeks earlier. He had been out of work for a while.

He said people he knew were saying to him what's going on you look different, happy, your smiling he would testify "God got me two jobs !!!!" He said he's been telling everyone what God's done for him now he's getting caught up on his rent and bills. He even went back to church!!!

miracles and salvation

Here's a great testimony of some things that happened at Cleveland homes . It was Saturday and a lot of people were out. We were ministering to a group at a mini yard sale preaching and praying for a women in a wheelchair. A teenager came running up to us and said are you the people from the church I need you to pray for my best friend she wants to kill herself. We said yes and followed her she led us around the back of some apartments and her friend was there with a guy she seemed very disturbed and upset we began to minister to her and tell her about the kingdom of God. She began to manifest screaming and yelling we began to bind the enemy suicide etc....she ran away but we were able to pray and explain some things to her friend. As we went around the other side of the apartments. we got to pray for a women with much pain in her arm from an injury after we prayed she was shocked to have no pain...

there were other people all around us manifesting yelling and just a crazy kind of feel.

We saw a women on a porch and asked if she needed prayer. She had a walker and she had just gotten a hip replacement. We began to tell her about the Kingdom and Prayed that it would manifest. She began moving around and George asked what are you doing she was trying to make her hip and her knee( which we didn't even pray for) hurt and they were healed. she was visibly shaken to tears. We asked if she was walking with the Lord she said no but her father was a minister. We led her in a rededication prayer and she said she was going to call her parents and tell them the news of her rededication and healing.

A women across the street wave to us to come over she saw what happened and said she was hoping we would come over. She was very convicted and felt very condemned and ashamed of some things she had done. We prophesied and prayed over her for a while and watched her countenance change to a joyful spirit right before our eyes. Wow Jesus!!!!!

DEAF EAR NO EARDRUM. HEALED!

On 7-26-08 we prayed for a guy named Ray 100% deaf in right ear. He actually didn't even have an ear drum.
At first he started to feel pressure in his ear we figured if God put a new eardrum in there would be some pressure. As we continued to pray he began to react in amazement saying I can totally hear. We shared that God healed him because he loved him so much. He was tearing up and felt so unworthy.

Also His girlfriend said her five month old baby in her womb started moving a lot and she was also under a lot of conviction. We were able to follow up with them for a few days.

As you go preach

Jesus spoke confidence and courage into His disciples. He released a forward momentum into His disciples 2,000 years ago and it continues even now.

Instead of confusion or insecurity He wants us to minister out of confidence and a fresh understanding of the reality of His present advancing kingdom.

"do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth" Jesus continually confronts
wrong mindsets. We need to let go of old mindsets..carnal selfish mindsets..
goofy man made religeous mindsets. The perception that being a Christian is a passive soft lifestyle is a wrong mindset.

We are not supposed to live life in a defensive posture. We're called to advance and step in to the momentum of the Gospel.

We've been hitting some local neighborhoods pretty hard for the past 4 months seeing many miracles. One thing we've encountered is many "believers" but very few followers.

Almost everyone we meet says they are a believer but the real challenge is finding those that want to go on and follow the Lord into all He has for them....
